One more day until the wedding we were invited to. It also meant it was our last day to enjoy a full day exploring Budapest. We decided we would focus on the area around the Hungarian Parliament Building first. It had been quite a while since we were actually there. And we were pleasantly surprised. It looks really nice and it has some great streets around it to get lost.

A full day in Budapest. The sun was out and it was going to be a nice day! Budapest is amazing. We decided to walk towards Heroes’ Square (Hősök tere) and start from there. I love to roam the streets of Budapest. The buildings and streets are amazing. There’s always something happening. The summers are nice and hot. Just a great place to be. It had been a while since we spend a couple of days in Budapest. Simply exploring the city. Normally we just stop by to meet up with friends and family. But when we got an invitation to attend a wedding in Budapest this year in May, we decided to book a couple of extra days in the city. Just to be in the city and to be part of it again.
